It has now been about two weeks, and I am still unable to access my CapCut account, which I depend on for work. I have been required to verify my ID to sign in, but despite my repeated efforts, I still cannot regain access to my account and the Pro features I pay for.
Additionally, I have encountered a major issue with the birthdate entry in the CapCut app. The system does not allow users to input a birthdate beyond the 28th of any month, which means I cannot enter my actual birthdate (May 30, 1986) and cannot complete the verification process.
To make matters worse, I have not been able to get in contact with support, as I’ve received no responses to my previous inquiries. This ongoing issue has already cost me hundreds of dollars in lost revenue, and at this point, I’m extremely frustrated.
I need an immediate resolution. Please review my previous support tickets, verify my license, fix my account, and restore my access as soon as possible. This delay has gone on far too long, and I urgently need a response.
