I have sent my link to multiple friends and never got the capcut pro I was promised. They were all brand new to capcut when they downloaded signed in and everything

To ensure you and your friends receive the promised 7-day CapCut Pro access, please consider the following points:
- Ensure that the friends you referred are entirely new to CapCut Pro on desktop. The referral program is designed for new users, and previous users may not qualify for the trial. If they had previously installed CapCut on their computers, they might not be considered "new users" for the desktop referral program.
- The referral program is primarily available on the desktop versions of CapCut (Windows and macOS). If your friends signed up using mobile devices, they might not be eligible for the referral benefits.
- Double-check that you shared the correct referral link and that your friends used it to sign up. Ensure the link was still active when your friends used it.
