Hello. I will immediately point out that I have a capcut premium account, it was fine until the imported movies to the disk did not contain subtitles that the application generates. They are visible in the application, after downloading they are no longer visible. Please reply. The second thing that frustrates me when I make a cover for a movie, the application can fail to save the cover several times and exits to the main menu of the application

Here are some suggestions that may help resolve them:

Issue regarding missing subtitles on export:
Even though you see the auto-generated subtitles in the editor, after export the subtitles don’t appear in the final video. This appears to be a bug got in a recent update where even Premium accounts are affected. Although the CapCut dev team is working on this, here are a few things to try:

• Double-check Export Settings: When you export your video, make sure that the option to include captions or subtitles is enabled. Sometimes toggling this option off and on before export can help force the subtitles to be embedded into the video.

• Try a Different Export Format/Resolution: Occasionally the problem may be linked to a specific export setting. Experiment with other formats or resolutions to see if that makes a difference.

• Export Subtitles Separately: CapCut now treats SRT export as a Pro feature, check whether you can export the subtitles as a separate SRT file. You could then use a third‑party tool or even YouTube’s caption import/export feature to merge them with your video.

• Rollback or Contact Support: Try rolling back CapCut to earlier version (you can download previous versions here) that still exported subtitles correctly, that might be a temporary fix. Otherwise, consider contacting CapCut support at capcut.support@bytedance.com with details about your Premium account and the issue.

Issue regarding cover photo fails to save and app exits:
You have reported another issue that when you try to set a cover for your movie, the app either gets stuck or exits unexpectedly. To address this, try the following steps:

• Sign out and Sign back in: Sometimes logging out of your account and then signing back in resets the cover photo functionality. On the PC version, look for your account menu where you can sign out.

• Reinstall or use the browser version: If signing out isn’t working, uninstalling and then reinstalling CapCut may help. Alternatively, try using the CapCut online editor (via your browser) to set your cover photo a method that works reliably when the desktop app is glitching.

Finally, the issues with missing subtitles on export and the cover photo failing to save are known problems affecting some Premium users. Begin by checking your export options and toggling the settings, and if that doesn’t work, try logging out/in or reinstalling the app—or switch to the browser version for setting cover images. If the problems persist, reach out directly to CapCut support for further assistance.
