I can't find the section to enter the billing information and download the invoice for CapCut Pro. Can you help me, thanks.
Hey, I bought a CapCut subscription for my business. Now I need an invoice for the tax office. Where can I find one or can you provide an invoice? Thank you
I didn't receive a copy of the invoice for my CapCut Pro membership.
Are you able to please email me a copy so that I can forward it to my workplace?
I also realized that I accidentally made my personal account the Pro version instead of the work account I use - is there any chance I can transfer it?
I recently bought the capcut pro (for one month) but havent't receive any payment invoice yet
I just wanted to ask, whether you could send me all the invoices as I am not finding them anywhere on the platform. Thank you so much.
Hi, I just purchased a pro plan, but didn't receive my invoice. Can you please send?
I purchased Capcut Pro about 2 months ago. However, I did not receive an invoice, which I need for work related issues.
Hi, I have signed up to Pro on behalf of my company. The payment was taken from my personal Apple Pay and I need an invoice to present to my company to get my money back. Please send me an invoice or help me find a way of downloading one.
I recently joined Capcut pro 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me. How do I obtain this?
Hi,
You can find and locate your CapCut subscription invoice/receipt in the following ways:
1. Check your email
- After the subscription has successfully gone through, CapCut sends a purchase confirmation email, which will include your invoice or receipt.
- Search your inbox for emails from CapCut, Bytedance, or the payment processor which you used while completing the payment.
- Search your email for keywords like "CapCut invoice", "receipt", or "subscription payment".
- If you are on a recurring subscription, you will receive monthly billing emails. These emails include invoice or receipt information.
2. Download the invoice directly from the CapCut website
- Log in to your CapCut account on the website.
- Go to Account Settings > Billing/Subscription.
- Here you should have the option to Download Invoice or View Payment History.
3. Check the payment provider (Apple, Google, or website purchase)
- If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you'll need to get your invoice from:
- Apple: Apple Purchase History
- Google: Google Payments
- If you paid directly on CapCut’s website, check your credit card statement and follow Step 2 above.
4. Billing payment provider
- If you have completed the payment using a third-party payment processor (like Stripe or PayPal), you will be able to find transaction details and generate receipts on their platform.
5. Contact CapCut support
If you can't find the invoice, contact CapCut Customer Support:
- Access the contact web form here or directly mail at [email protected].
- Also there is a Feedback form in the CapCut web app (top right corner)
- Mention your CapCut email ID used for login and PRO account ID number. Do not forget to mention the period for which you need the invoice.
6. Alternative solutions (as a last resort):
If you have not received communication from the support team or you need the invoices urgently then do the following:
- Check with your bank and download their account statement. If possible, request for transaction receipt which should include details such as time of purchase, amount, company name (CapCut or ByteDance). This statement will usually be sufficient for your tax purposes and can act as a replacement for your invoice.
- Generate an invoice online:
- Search for "online invoice generator" in Google.
- Sign up: Choose a platform of your choice and create an account (many offer free trials or free plans).
- Create invoice: Click "Create Invoice" or a similar option.
- Fill in the below details:
- Name, address, contact details. You can find CapCut contact details here.
- Invoice Number: Usually generated automatically. You can keep it blank.
- Invoice date: The date when you made the purchase
- Description of goods/services: You can mention "Video Editing application subscription"
- Quantity: Here you can mention monthly/annual depending on the subscription you have taken
- Unit Price: Mention the price you have paid for CapCut subscription
- Subtotal: (Calculated automatically).
- Taxes (if applicable): If you know the tax amount mention here. This is usually there in your bank statement or shown in the CapCut app when completing the purchase.
- Total: (Calculated automatically).
- Payment Terms: Leave blank as you have already paid for it
- Customize (optional): Add the CapCut logo, adjust colors, etc.
- Save and export: Save the invoice and export it by either downloading or sending it to your email (most platforms offer direct sending).
Keep records: It's always a good practice to keep records of all your online purchases, especially for business expenses.
Since CapCut is primarily a mobile app, the most likely way to get your invoice is by checking your in-app purchase history (if you subscribed through the app stores) or by contacting CapCut support directly.
