Hi,

You are unable to subscribe to CapCut Pro and are getting stuck with a "Check result" message after trying both credit card and PayPal. The image you provided shows the payment process is stuck loading after you have tried to associate a payment method.

Here are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection, as payment processes require uninterrupted connectivity.
  2. Try a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, browser extensions, cache issues, or specific browser settings can interfere. Try subscribing using a different web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) or even a different device (like another computer or your phone's CapCut app).
  3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Outdated cache or cookies can cause unexpected website behavior. Clear them for your browser and try the subscription process again.
  4. Verify Payment Details:
    • Credit Card: Double-check that the card number, expiry date, CVV code, and billing address are entered exactly as they appear on your statement. Ensure the card is not expired and has sufficient funds.
    • PayPal: Make sure your PayPal account is verified, has a valid funding source linked, and there are no restrictions on your account. Try logging into PayPal separately to ensure everything is okay.
    • Linked Accounts: Ensure your PayPal account is properly linked to CapCut and authorized for payments.
    • Sufficient Funds: Make sure your account has enough funds to cover the subscription cost.
  5. Try Alternative Payment Methods: If possible, attempt using a different credit or debit card.
  6. Check with Your Bank/PayPal: Sometimes, banks or PayPal automatically block transactions (especially international ones or first-time payments to a new merchant) for security reasons. Contact your bank or PayPal support to see if they are blocking the transaction from CapCut.
  7. Disable VPN or Ad-blockers: If you are using a VPN service or ad-blocking browser extensions, try temporarily disabling them, as they can sometimes interfere with payment gateways.
  8. Wait and Retry Later: There might be a temporary technical issue with CapCut's payment processing system. Waiting for a few hours or even a day before trying again might help.
  9. Use the Mobile App: If you're trying on the website, attempt the subscription through the CapCut mobile app (or vice-versa). Subscriptions via the app often go through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, which might be a more reliable payment route.
  10. Contact CapCut Customer Support: If none of these steps work, the best option is to contact CapCut's customer support directly. Explain the problem clearly, mention that you've tried both credit card and PayPal, and include the screenshot you shared. They should be able to investigate the specific error you're encountering. You can write an email to [email protected].

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you successfully subscribe to CapCut Pro.
