Dear all,

since more than two weeks, Capcut Pro has been not showing me the bubble option during my editings especially in Text editing.

Please help me fix this issue, this I rely on Text editing a lot. Thank you and kind regards!

Hi,

Sometimes certain text features like the "bubble" option, might be inaccessible or would have been relocated within the CapCut app's interface based on recent changes in the app. Try one of the following methods and see if this helps:

1. How to locate the bubble option

  • Check the "Templates" tab: In recent versions, text effects, including bubbles, have been moved under the "Templates" section. To access them:
    • Navigate to the "Templates" tab within CapCut.
    • Scroll through the available templates to find text effects that include bubble styles.
    • Apply the desired template to your text.

2. Update or reinstall CapCut:

  • Ensure the app is up-to-date: Sometimes, features may not display correctly if the app isn't updated.
  • Reinstall the app: If updating doesn't resolve the issue, consider uninstalling and reinstalling CapCut Pro to ensure all features are properly installed.

3. Explore other methods:

  • Use stickers for speech bubbles: If the traditional "bubble" option remains unavailable, you can add speech bubbles using stickers:
    • Navigate to the "Stickers" section in CapCut.
    • Search for "bubble" or "speech bubble" stickers.
    • Add the sticker to your video and overlay text on it to create a speech bubble effect.

4. Contact CapCut Support:

  • If none of the above solutions work, please contact CapCut's support team for further assistance. Please provide details about your device, app version, and the specific issue you're encountering.

We hope these steps help you restore the "bubble" option in your text editing.
