payment made, subscription not renewed

According to my bank application, my cap cut subscription payment was successful, but the application keeps saying that I have not renewed my subscription, I paid yesterday (03/03/2025).

Solution: Allow a bit more time, perhaps up to 24-48 hours from the time of payment, to see if the subscription status updates automatically. Since you paid yesterday, it might be worth checking again later today or tomorrow.

  • App Synchronization Issue:

Explanation: The CapCut app on your device might not be properly synchronized with your account information after the payment.

Solutions:

Restart CapCut: Close the CapCut app completely and then reopen it. This can sometimes refresh your account status.

Sign Out and Sign In: Sign out of your CapCut account within the app, and then sign back in. This forces the app to re-verify your subscription status.
