Payment process to CapCut Pro Not working...

Hello There,
      I need Help placing an order for the CapCut Pro Monthly Subscription plan. I reside in the U.S and i have been trying to place an order the entire day... and my payment keeps getting denied....

I am using a debt card and i have no issues with my card or bank because i called to verify and placed a post order for a different product to verify as well. 

The Capcut Server is not accepting my mastercard. Please advice as i would like to begin my monthly PLAN asap
