I'm having trouble exporting the video, it shows that I'm using PRO account tools and exports with the CapCut logo. This has never happened before, it's happening now. What's wrong with my account? I am already having PRO account annual plan which is expiring in July 2025.

I Urgently need the videos to be exported without the application logo because I produce content on the internet and my work depends on the videos. I pay for the annual plan.

Hi,

If you're on a CapCut Pro plan, the watermark should not be appearing in your exported videos. Below are the reasons why this might be happening and how to fix it:

Reasons why the watermark might still be visible:

  • Template watermarks: Watermarks are integrated into some CapCut templates. When utilizing these templates, even with Pro, you must explicitly select the "Export without watermark" option.
  • Problems with account sync: Your Pro status may occasionally take longer to sync across devices or inside the app.
  • App glitches: The app may occasionally encounter brief issues that hinder the proper operation of the Pro features.
  • Improper export configurations: Verify again that you are exporting the movie with the proper parameters and that no watermark option has been inadvertently chosen.

How to resolve this watermark issue:

  • Check your login: Make sure you’re logged in with your Pro account so the app recognizes your subscription.
  • Review your project elements: Sometimes a pro effect (like enhanced transitions, text effects, or even a cover image) can trigger a watermark on export. Look through your timeline for any items marked as Pro and remove or replace them.
  • Reset the cover clip: Sometimes the problem might be due to a pro feature inadvertently applied to the project cover at the beginning. Try resetting or deleting the cover clip and re-importing it.
  • Duplicate & re-export: If you can’t pinpoint the issue, duplicate your project, remove suspected elements, and try exporting again.
  • Template Check: If you used a template, make absolutely sure you selected the "Export without watermark" option during the export process.
  • If you're using CapCut on multiple devices, ensure you're logged in with the same Pro account on all of them.
  • Close the CapCut app completely and reopen it. This can often resolve minor glitches.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of CapCut installed. Updates often include bug fixes.

If these steps don’t help, it might be a bug or a temporary issue. Contact CapCut support at [email protected] and explain this situation.
