Hello I was purchasing a free trial but it charged me 9.99 but I wasn't meant to pay may I please get a refund thanks

I’m writing because I’ve accidentally purchased a subscription that I cannot afford right now. I need to get a refund if possible please.

Hi I had a message pop up on my CapCut whilst trying to download my project. It said I needed to upgrade to pro, but I could start a 7 day free trial. So I selected the free trial, but I was instantly charged for 1 month pro membership. I don't want the pro membership, can I please get a refund. I'm not sure why it said free trial when there was no trial.

I've been charged the last two months $2.99 for CapCut, and I don't even have an account. I deleted my account a few weeks ago because I couldn't find a way to cancel that payment on my account.

Can you please cancel any subscription that I have under my Name and email to CapCut, I do not wish to pay for any CapCut services right now.

I will also ask for a refund of the last payment, because I deleted my account two weeks before the money was taken from my account.

CapCut offers 7 day free trial but after that if you do not explicitly cancel there might be continuation of PRO services and consequently there will be a charge. Please read this documentation on cancel subscription on CapCut and seek refund. If still things are not working out please reach out to the developers directly at [email protected] and express your concern politely.

I have canceled the subscription but still this month's amount has been deducted. Kindly refund me. Thanks and Cancel the subscription.
