Hi,
Based on the error message in the screenshot, it seems like your Mac might not meet the minimum hardware and system requirements for CapCut desktop, even though you are using macOS Ventura, which is later than the required macOS Mojave 10.14.6.
To use CapCut desktop on your Mac, ensure your machine is one of the supported models listed in the pop-up message:
- MacBook (Early 2015 or later)
- MacBook Air (Mid 2012 or later)
- MacBook Pro (Mid 2012 or later)
- Mac mini (2012 or later)
- iMac (Late 2012 model or later)
- iMac Pro (2017)
- Mac Pro (Late 2013 model)
If your Mac model is older than the models listed, it will not be compatible with CapCut desktop.
For more detailed information about CapCut desktop's system requirements, you can visit this page.
If you are getting error still, here are some steps to help resolve this issue:
- Download from the Official Website: Ensure you are downloading CapCut directly from the official website to avoid potential issues with unofficial versions.
- Check System Requirements: Verify that your Mac meets the necessary system requirements for CapCut. According to the official CapCut website, it requires macOS 10.15 or later, a dual-core processor, at least 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended), 2GB of available disk space, and preferably a dedicated GPU for advanced features.
