Hi
You are facing problem with CapCut browser version, specifically crashes on the homepage and problems with text-to-speech.
Follow these steps in order to resolve:
1. Browser crashes on CapCut homepage:
- Browser Compatibility/Issues:
* While CapCut aims for broad compatibility, some browsers or versions might have conflicts.
* Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) to see if the issue persists.
* Ensure your browser is up-to-date. Outdated browsers are prone to bugs and compatibility problems.
* Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Corrupted data can lead to crashes.
* Disable browser extensions. Some extensions can interfere with web applications.
- CapCut server load/issues:
* Sometimes, CapCut's servers might be experiencing high traffic or temporary issues. This can lead to crashes. Try accessing CapCut after some time.
- Hardware limitations:
* If your computer has limited resources (RAM, CPU), running a resource-intensive web application like CapCut can cause crashes.
* Close other unnecessary programs while using CapCut.
* A unstable internet connection may cause the browser to crash while loading the page.
Troubleshooting steps for browser crashes:
- Update your browser:
* Go to your browser's settings and look for an "Update" option.
- Clear cache and cookies:
* In your browser settings, find the "Privacy and security" or "History" section.
* Select the option to clear browsing data, and make sure to include cache and cookies. - Disable extensions:

* A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches. - Check internet connection:
* Run a speed test to verify your internet connection. restart your modem/router.
2. Text-to-Speech "Something Went Wrong" error:
- CapCut server issues:
* The text-to-speech feature relies on CapCut's servers. Temporary server problems can cause errors. - Text input issues:
* Ensure your text is correctly formatted. Avoid special characters or excessive punctuation that might confuse the text-to-speech engine.
* Very large blocks of text can also cause issues. try smaller sections. - Browser/connection problems:
* Similar to the homepage crashes, browser issues or a poor internet connection can interfere with the text-to-speech feature.
