I am really disappointed and frustrated with Capcut support behaviour. I joined Capcut Creator program about three months ago. I was successfully posting templates and got about 1000 followers in three months and more than 6000 likes on all my Templates. And four of my templates were selected for Pro (I don't know what does that mean). But suddenly Capcut disabled my Creator access saying that your templates do not meet the requirements. I contacted them many times through email and In-app feed back section, and finally they said that we have closed your Creator access.

Is this a professional way of dealing with people who promote your business and your app ? 

I am not saying that my Templates are extra ordinary but I have seen many other templates like mine and those Creators are publishing for many years.

Anyways, leaving Capcut because of their un professional behaviour and will post this behaviour on all social media platforms.
