Capcut does not start

Hello, I have installed capcut in its latest version on my computer and after completing the entire process it does not start, it is worth mentioning that it works best to install an old version and then update from the program and that's the only way it works later. But is that normal? I have downloaded the installer from the official sites

I have the same issue, I can't open ANY project without it prompting to update, which I do and it still doesn't open. Ridiculous! I am working on a two week project and need to continue.
