For requesting an invoice you need to send an email directly to [email protected]. In the email, please provide the email address that you used to purchase the CapCut PRO subscription. If possible, you may as well provide your order record/screenshot, CapCut ID, and information related to invoicing company name for invoicing purposes, country, full address including state/province and city, as well as zip code etc.
