Fullscreen button not working

The Fullscreen button has not been working properly. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago. Whenever I press the Fullscreen button, the video will not go to full screen. Instead, the video with go into the bottom corner. The Fullscreen button has been real glitchy as of late. Please take a look at it.
