Try logging in using the same credentials which you used to signup for CapCut PC.  Sometimes it creates a new account when you first launch the app on phone which is not the same as the PC account.

To use CapCut Pro on both your PC and mobile device, follow these steps:

Install CapCut on Your Mobile Device:

  • For Android: Download and install CapCut from the Google Play Store.
  • For iOS: Download and install CapCut from the App Store.

Sign In with the Same Account:

  • Open CapCut on your mobile device.
  • Tap on the profile icon to access the login page.
  • Sign in using the same credentials (email or social media account) you used for CapCut Pro on your PC.

Access Pro Features:

  • After signing in, your Pro subscription should sync automatically, granting you access to Pro features on your mobile device.

Important points to note:

  • Subscription Syncing: CapCut Pro subscriptions are generally tied to the account used for purchase. By signing in with the same account on both devices, you should have access to Pro features across platforms. However, if you issues syncing subscription then write an email to [email protected].
  • Account Consistency is Key: Make absolutely sure you are logging into the mobile app with the same account you used for your PC Pro subscription. If you used a Google account on PC, use the same Google account on your phone, and so on.
  • Subscription Sync: The Pro subscription is linked to your account, not a specific device. Logging in with the same account on different devices should activate the Pro features across all of them.
  • Limited Devices: While generally, it should work on both PC and phone, some subscriptions might have limits on the number of devices. If you encounter issues,  try to logout on one of the devices and login on the other device. This way you make sure only one device is accessing PRO account at a point in time.
  •  Check your Account: If you're unsure about your subscription status, you can usually check your account details within the CapCut PC application (likely under your profile or settings) to confirm that Pro is active and see the associated account.
  • Project Syncing: While your subscription may sync across devices, CapCut projects do not automatically sync between PC and mobile. To work on the same project across devices, you'll need to manually transfer project files. This can be done by exporting the project on one device and importing it on the other.

For detailed guide on how to transfer your projects across PC and phone refer this tutorial:

By following these steps, you can enjoy CapCut Pro's features seamlessly on both your PC and mobile device.
