Hi,

You can save reusable elements like logos, music, and video clips in CapCut using the  following techniques. Here's how to do it:

Using the Library feature:

  •  Adding to Library:
  • Select the element: In your CapCut project, select the logo, music, or video clip you want to save.
  • Right-click: Right-click on the selected element in the timeline.
  • Choose "Add to Library": From the context menu, select "Add to Library".
  • Name the element: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to name the element. Enter a descriptive name so you can easily find it later.
  • Confirm: Click "OK" or "Save" to add the element to your Library.

  • Accessing from Library:
  • Open the Library: In a new or existing CapCut project, look for the "Library" tab, usually located in the left-hand panel alongside "Media," "Audio," "Text," etc.
  • Browse your saved elements: Your saved logos, music, and video clips will be organized within the Library. You might see categories or folders to help you manage them.
  • Drag and drop: Simply drag the saved element from the Library onto your timeline in the desired location.

Using Cloud space (CapCut Pro feature):

  •  Cloud Space for Team Collaboration and Assets: CapCut Pro offers a "Cloud space" feature that allows you to store and share assets, including logos, music, and video clips, for team collaboration. This is useful if you want to access your saved elements across different devices or share them with other CapCut users.
  • Saving to Cloud space:
  • Upgrade to CapCut Pro: Ensure you have a CapCut Pro subscription to access the Cloud space feature.
  • Upload to Cloud: Within CapCut Pro, you should find options to upload and manage assets in your Cloud space. This is located in the "Media" tab or a dedicated "Cloud" section.
  • Organize your assets: Create folders and use descriptive names to keep your logos, music, and video clips organized in the Cloud space.

  • Accessing from Cloud space:
  • Log in to CapCut Pro: Make sure you are logged in to your CapCut Pro account.
  • Access Cloud space: Navigate to the "Cloud space" section within CapCut.
  • Download or use assets: You can download assets from the Cloud space to your project or directly use them from the cloud within CapCut, depending on the interface.

Utilize the Brand Kit Feature:

  • CapCut provides a "Brand Kit" feature that allows you to upload and manage brand assets such as logos, fonts, and colors.
  • To access and use the Brand Kit:
  • Open CapCut on your PC.
  • Navigate to the "Brand Kit" section.
  • Upload your logos, select brand colors, and add custom fonts as needed.
  • This feature ensures that your branding elements are readily available for any project.

Create and Save Custom Templates:

  • While CapCut doesn't support saving custom templates directly, you can create a project with your desired elements and save it as a template:
  • Start a new project and add your logo intro, music, and any other recurring elements.
  • Save this project with a clear name like "Template_Project".
  • For new videos, open this template project, import your new footage, and adjust as necessary.
  • This approach allows you to maintain consistency across your videos without recreating elements from scratch.

Manually Import Assets into Each Project:

  • If the above methods don't suit your needs, you can manually import your assets into each new project.
  • Click on the "Media" tab.
  • Select "Import" and choose your logo, music, or video clips from your device.
  • While this method requires repetition, organizing your assets in a dedicated folder can expedite the process.
