Your video upscaler has not been working for quite some time. Every time I upload a video it just says 'generating' for hours with no result! It does not work.
I had to urgently upscale a video and after doing the process 56 times it worked only ONCE.
Can you please fix this issue as I urgently need this service to work...

I've tried now a few times your online based upscaling feature. It doesn't work for me.
After the Upscaling Process is finished, it still tells me on the Export Tab "The material is processed. Try again later".
Its the same after waiting for almost 24 Hours. What can I do? I really need this Video Upscaled urgently
