Hi,

If you are experiencing network errors when attempting to use the Vocal Isolation feature in CapCut Desktop version 5.7.0. This issue can come from various factors such as connectivity problems, software glitches, or regional restrictions.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

  • Check Your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection as Vocal Isolation requires a working internet connection to fetch resources from the CapCut server.
  • Firewall or antivirus interference: Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking CapCut's access to the internet. Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, configure your security software to allow CapCut to access the network.
  • Use a VPN to connect: Vocal Isolation feature is not available in all countries due to restrictions. You can bypass this restriction using a good VPN software.
  • In the same way, if you are already using a VPN connection and not able to use the Vocal Isolation feature then try disabling your VPN or proxy server temporarily to see if that fixes the problem.
  • Check for latest CapCut updates: In the recent versions, certain bug fixes would have been worked out. Therefore update your CapCut to see if that resolves the problem
  • Insufficient system resources: Vocal isolation requires significant processing power and memory. If your computer does not meet the minimum requirements, it might lead to errors. Ensure your computer meets the recommended system requirements for CapCut. Close any unnecessary applications to free up resources.
  • The CapCut installation files might be corrupted, causing the vocal isolation feature to malfunction. Try uninstalling and reinstalling CapCut to ensure a clean installation.
  • Large or complex audio files: Extremely large or complex audio files might take longer to process, leading to network timeouts. Try splitting the audio file into smaller segments or using a different audio file to see if the issue persists.
  • Unsupported audio format: CapCut might not support the audio format of the file you're trying to use. Convert the audio file to a supported format (e.g., MP3 or WAV) before using it in CapCut.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, reach out to customer support at [email protected] to get a resolution.
