I understand that the assets (images, music, stickers) etc may be copyrighted and therefore not allowed, but what about just creations using the CapCut editing suite and its effects (transitions, animations) etc.

Some of CapCut's promotional material focusing on creating ads and marketing materials contradicts the terms of service of the app.
