I'm a Pro User, and I'm having trouble with Glitch and Jittering after exporting the videos in Capcut PC. I don't add many details on the Video. I just use Chroma Key for the background Removal and Add an image for the background. I cut a lot of parts on the videos. Please as I use this for my work. I followed some tutorials and none of it worked like the clearing Cache or Unchecking the encoding.

Since you’ve already tried clearing the cache and adjusting encoding settings without success, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check Your Export Settings

  • Adjust Frame Rate & Resolution: Ensure your export settings match your original video settings (e.g., if your source video is 30fps, export in 30fps).
  • Bitrate Adjustment: Try lowering the export bitrate to see if it reduces glitches.

2. Optimize Your Project for Performance

  • Chroma Key Optimization:
    • Use a high-quality green screen video to ensure smoother keying.
    • Adjust the "Edge Strength" and "Edge Feather" settings to avoid heavy processing strain.
  • Reduce Video Cuts: Excessive cuts may cause CapCut to struggle during export. Try merging or grouping clips before exporting.

3. Update & Reinstall CapCut

  • Check for Updates: Ensure you have the latest version of CapCut installed.
  • Reinstall the App: Sometimes, a fresh install can fix underlying software issues.

4. Hardware & Performance Optimization

  • Check GPU Acceleration:
    • If enabled, try disabling GPU acceleration in settings.
    • If disabled, try enabling it to see if performance improves.
  • Close Unnecessary Programs: Ensure no other resource-intensive applications are running in the background of your device while exporting your video.

5. Try Exporting in Different Formats

  • Use a Different Codec: Try exporting with H.264 instead of HEVC (or vice versa).
  • Change Output Format: If you’re exporting as MP4, try MOV or another format to see if the issue persists.

6. Test with a Short Sample

Before exporting the entire video, try exporting a short 10-15 second clip with your current settings to identify if the glitch occurs consistently.

If none of these steps work, reach out to CapCut Support on the email [email protected] with your system details and a sample file.
