After updating CapCut the Tiktok sounds are no longer displayed. We have already tried reconnecting our accounts to fix the problem but that didn't help either.

Hi,
If you are facing sound sync issues across TikTok and CapCut then try one of the following:
- Extract Audio from TikTok Videos: Save the TikTok video containing the desired sound to your device. In CapCut, use the 'Extracted' feature to import the audio from that video into your project.
- Add Sound Directly in TikTok: Create your video in CapCut without adding sound. Export the video and upload it to TikTok, where you can add the desired sound before posting.
- TikTok and CapCut rely on APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to communicate. When either app updates, these APIs can change, leading to compatibility issues.
- Music licensing is complex. TikTok and CapCut might be implementing stricter copyright checks, which could limit the availability of certain sounds.
- Sound availability can vary by region due to licensing agreements and copyright restrictions.
- If specific TikTok sounds are unavailable, consider using royalty-free music or sound effects from other sources.
- Screen recording the sound from tiktok, and then extracting the sound in capcut. While this is not ideal, it is a work around.
